Olive Museum (Museo della Civiltà dell'Ulivo) The significance of the olive in Italian culture can be traced back to the earliest settlers. Archeological finds displayed here include olive related instruments used by the Phoenicians in the 7th Century BC. Olives are also a symbol of peace, a fact also explored by the museum. Guests will also leave with recipes incorporating the produce, and a broader understanding, no doubt, of this Italian staple. Address: Complesso Museale di S. Francesco, l Trevi PG Italy
